Feeling Good was born during a challenging season for all of us- the
pandemic. At the time, I was working in a crisis unit, pouring into the lives of the most vulnerable, while privately feeling alone, discouraged, and emotionally depleted. I realized I needed something to refill my own cup.
I've always loved working with my hands and creating in the kitchen, so I began taking online courses to learn how to make my own skincare products- luxurious, spa-like treatments I could enjoy in the comfort of my home. What started as a personal act of self-care grew into Feeling Good.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I've seen how transformative a daily self-care ritual can be in restoring balance, peace, and resilience- even in times of chaos and uncertainty. Taking a few intentional moments for yourself, each day isn't selfish- it's healing.
At Feeling Good, we handcraft high-quality, artisanal bath and body products made with natural, organic, and premium ingredients. Our intention is simple: to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and find small, mindful moments of restoration.
