Shipping Carrier & Rate
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).
A flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all domestic orders, regardless of order size or weight. Currently, we are not shipping internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped with 2-4 business days. During high-volume times, such as holidays or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or other unforeseen issues beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Feeling Good is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information at checkout. USPS does not allow us to file claims on packages marked "Delivered" to the address provided.
Shipping Damages
We take great care to safely package all items, but once a package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of USPS. Feeling Good is not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping.
